Appealing an Eviction Judgment

Icon for guided interview If your landlord gets an eviction judgment against you, you have the right to appeal. You must file the appeal within 10 days from the date of the judgment.  You may be required to post an appeal bond, and you must pay your rent at the Clerk's Office (not to your landlord) until the appeal is heard in District Court.

Housing Conditions
