Attendees of this clinic will learn about their rights as employees under North Carolina and Federal law. It will cover topics such as employment at will, right to work, discrimination and retaliation in the workplace, and eligibility for unemployment benefits. Attendees will receive a packet of education materials and resources. At the conclusion of the session there will be a Question and Answer session with a North Carolina Attorney through the webinar.
