Who We Are
The Children's Law Clinic is a community law office located at Duke Law School in Durham that provides free legal advice, advocacy, and legal representation to low-income children in school-related cases. In addition to fighting for the rights of children in education, the clinic also takes on other matters relating to the overall wellbeing of children. Through its partnership with several area medical practices, the clinic takes referrals to help children establish eligibility for important public benefit programs or live in more stable family situations.
