Who We Are

Legal Aid of North Carolina's free Health Care Power of Attorney and Living Wills clinic teaches participants how to complete a health care power of attorney and/or living will document on their own. Participants receive the necessary legal forms, watch an instructional video, and can ask general questions to a volunteer attorney through a webinar. Specific legal advice for individual cases is not provided at these clinics.

Multiple Locations: Clinics are located in many N.C. counties. If you do not see a clinic in your city or county, please check the surrounding counties in your area.
