Who We Are

 

Legal Aid of North Carolina (LANC) is a statewide, nonprofit law that provides free legal services in civil matters to low-income people in order to ensure equal access to justice and to remove legal barriers to economic opportunity.   The legal staff of Legal Aid of NC - Fayetteville Office provides legal assistance in civil matters to eligible, low-income clients who have problems with their basic needs and live in the following three-counties:
 

  Cumberland County
  Harnett County
  Sampson County

 

Please note that Legal Aid of NC (LANC) does not provide legal assistance via E-mail. Rather, please telephone or come to the LANC office to request assistance.

Income Guidelines

There are some limited exceptions. Please call the Legal Aid of NC office in Fayetteville to see if you are eligible for our services.

Your family's income should be at or below the following percentage of the federal poverty level 125
Is this organization accessible by wheelchair? Yes
Does this organization provide access for the hearing impaired? Yes
