Consumer: Buying Goods and Services

Buying goods and services:  Beware of door-to-door, phone, and television salespersons.  Chances are good that you do not really need the item or service, or that you can get a better deal elsewhere.

Don't be in a big hurry, and don't be afraid to say "NO"!

If a salesperson has pressured you to sign papers at your home, you can cancel the deal within three (3) days of your signing.
