Under Federal law you have the right to receive a free copy of your credit report once every 12 months from one of the consumer reporting agencies.
Why is my credit score important?
Credit scores are used by lenders to estimate the likelihood a person will make payments on time. You can obtain your credit score when you request your annual credit report. There will be a fee for providing your credit score. The higher your credit score the easier it is to obtain credit at a low interest rate.
